You're using AI. But you don't have a system.

You've tried the tools. You've watched the tutorials. You've set up skills or custom instructions and gotten... inconsistent results.

You know AI can do more for you. But there's a gap between using AI and getting reliable, repeatable value from it.

You've probably been here:

×Tried agents or automations that were hit or miss
×Watched tutorials and thought "I should do more of this" but didn't know where to start
×Customized your AI setup once and it worked, then stopped being useful
×Taken an AI course that taught concepts but left you to figure out how to apply it to your actual work

You don't need to learn more about AI.

You need a method for teaching AI what you already know.

The gap between using AI

and getting reliable value from AI

is playbooking.

A playbook captures your expertise, your decisions, your process, your standards, in a format AI can actually execute on.

It's not prompting. It's not vibe coding. It's building a reusable system that works the way you work.

That's what this challenge teaches you to build.

4 weeks. Your 1st playbook for your work.

Week 1

Learn the method. Spot your opportunity.

What a playbook actually is, why it produces reliable results, and how to find the right use case in your work to start with.

Week 2

Scope and define.

Nail down what your playbook does, what decisions it encodes, and what good output looks like. Get feedback before you write a single line.

Week 3

Write it.

Build your playbook step by step. Submit by the weekly deadline and get expert feedback within 48 hours.

Week 4

Test it. Break it. Make it better.

Run your playbook for real, find where it falls apart, and iterate until it works.

Don't know what you'd playbook yet? That's what the first two weeks are for. We help you spot the opportunity. And if you can't find one, we'll work with you until you do.

This isn't another AI course.

Most AI courses

×Teach you concepts and demos
×Leave you to figure out how to apply it
×You learn alone, on your own schedule
×You finish with a certificate
×Generic examples from someone else's industry

Is this for you?

This challenge is for you if...

You're already using AI but don't have a reliable, repeatable system
You want to build something real, not just learn concepts
You're willing to put in the work: 4 hours/week, submit workbooks, iterate on feedback
You want structured guidance and expert eyes on your specific use case

This probably isn't for you if...

×You've never used AI tools before (this isn't AI basics)
×You want a passive course you can watch in the background
×You're looking for "make money with AI" promises
×You're not willing to submit weekly workbooks (the feedback loop is the whole point)

What people are saying about playbooking

This bootcamp has been THE most valuable course I have ever been a part of. I am coming away energized to get playbooking!

Johan B.

I was looking for a way to turn AI into repeatable, reliable processes instead of one-off prompts. This boot camp showed me how to actually design the process so AI does what I want consistently.

Megan L.

The single most eye-opening thing was learning how 'AI-ifying' a process was really only half the battle. The first half was in successfully articulating and mapping out that process.

Lukas P.

The playbooks are useful as reusable building blocks I can apply across different projects... I have a repeatable process now.

Julia D.

By focusing on building a clear operational playbook and then integrating AI into that workflow, it becomes much easier to apply AI in a meaningful and repeatable way.
